Step 2
Sign Your Volunteer Agreement
If it is a match, you will receive your Volunteer Agreement to sign. This confirms your intent to volunteer with emgprd.org. Note that the agreement only becomes fully valid once our leadership countersigns — which happens after you have demonstrated your engagement in the next step.
Step 3
Show Your Engagement
You receive immediate access to Leantime, our task management platform. Your first stop is the #show-your-engagement channel — where you will find a short introduction video and your first tasks. This is your moment to show us what you are made of.
Step 4
Leadership Countersigns Your Agreement
Once our leadership team is satisfied with your engagement and task performance, they will countersign your Volunteer Agreement — making it officially valid and welcoming you as an official member of the team.
Step 5
Become a Community Member & Keep Growing
With your agreement fully signed, your full onboarding begins. You gain access to all internal channels, tools, and teams. But this is just the start — the more you contribute, the further you advance.
Step 6
Become a Full Org Member & Beyond
Through consistent performance, reliability, and leadership, you move through our rank system — taking on more responsibility, leading teams, heading divisions, and eventually representing emgprd.org on a global level.
